Domestic Shipping — United States
We ship all US orders via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The best rate is automatically selected at checkout based on your location and order size.
- Free Shipping: All orders over $199 qualify for free standard shipping.
- Estimated Delivery: 3–7 business days after shipment.
- Processing Time: Orders placed before 2pm PST ship same day. All other orders ship within 1–2 business days.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please use a physical street address at checkout.
International Shipping
All international orders are fulfilled and shipped by our global partner, Globel-e. Duties, taxes, and customs fees are calculated and collected at checkout — no surprise fees on delivery.
- Estimated Delivery: Typically 7–21 business days depending on destination.
- Tracking: A tracking number is emailed to you once your order is dispatched.
- Currency: Prices are displayed in your local currency at checkout.
We do not allow any returns or exchanges on all International orders.

We use Shopify as our backend system. The have to recognize an address before it is shipped.
Some international shipments may take weeks to arrive. Once it leaves our warehouse, it is in the carriers hands and they provide tracking information.
Returns & Exchanges — US Orders Only
Prior to considering a return, please go through our Tapping Protocol. It resolves 90% or more of helping you sleep, so most do not go through with a return..
Our return policy is listed below, but you should know;
- 30-day return window from the date of shipment.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- Restocking fee: A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns.
- Return label: A return shipping label will be emailed to you and return shipping costs are deducted from your refund.
- Exchanges: Only available for defective or damaged items.
- Sale items: Sale items cannot be returned.
- International orders: No returns or exchanges accepted.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
No — we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please use a physical street address when placing your order.
Will I be charged duties and taxes?
For international orders, duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout via Globel-e. There are no surprise fees upon delivery. US domestic orders are not subject to additional duties.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to track your package.

What if my package arrives damaged?
We're sorry to hear that. Please email us at info@emfrocks.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll make it right.
Are duties and taxes included in my order total?
Yes — for all international orders, duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout via our global partner, Globel-e. You won't be hit with any surprise fees at your door.
Why isn't my country listed for international shipping?
We're actively expanding our international reach. If your country isn't listed yet, contact us at info@emfrocks.com and we'll let you know when we ship to your region.
My tracking hasn't updated in a few days — is that normal?
Yes, this can happen during transit, especially for international shipments passing through customs. If your tracking hasn't updated in more than 5 business days, contact us at info@emfrocks.com and we'll investigate.
